I’m so glad you’re here. Choosing support during your parenting journey is a huge step, and I’m honoured to guide you through the wonderfully chaotic, sleep-deprived, yet magical world of raising little humans.

My Journey to Sleepy Time Academy

I’m a Registered Nurse with years of experience caring for vulnerable members of our community—including the elderly, homeless, and chronically ill. But my journey into infant sleep wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal.

I welcomed my first daughter, Amelia, during the pandemic. With a limited support network, sleepless nights, and the overwhelming life changes that come with becoming a parent, I developed postnatal anxiety. It felt like I was navigating a storm without a compass.

Seeking help from a maternal psychologist gave me the tools to manage my anxiety—skills that transformed not only my parenting but almost every aspect of my life.

The Power of Sleep

Even more transformative was the guidance I received from an Infant & Child Sleep Consultant. Improving Amelia’s sleep didn’t just change her routine—it changed our lives. I felt empowered, rested, and finally able to be the parent I wanted to be.

Sleep became a foundation for wellness—for both me and my daughter. And that experience planted the seed for Sleepy Time Academy.

 

Why I Do What I Do

As a certified Sleep Consultant, I understand the frustration of needing help but not knowing where to start. My mission is simple:

  • Provide you with the knowledge to understand your child’s sleep

  • Give you the tools to make meaningful change

  • Build a personalised plan that actually works

Parenting is hard. Sleep struggles are exhausting. But with the right support, you can feel confident, rested, and empowered again.
